ONEFi, as the distribution company of PFH Finance, has founded a safety incident, which led to the Visa cards are lost. In order to guarantee the safety of customer funds, this company has decided to freeze the progress of the following card, and to refund the card balance if there is any inside the card.

*Please do not deposit to the lost cards anymore, ONEFi did not involve in any other deposit channel. Cardholders are eligible to fill the form the withdraw the rest of the card balance.

Step 1: Fill the form on the right, with your full name, registered email and phone number, ID number

​

Step 2: Customer service will confirm the remaining amount in the card, which is shown as the same as ATM. 

​

Step 3: Please provide your Hong Kong bank details, the remaining fund will be sent back to your address within 3 working days once the information is received and confirmed. 

​

Personal information and cards are kept in a reasonable manner, and there is no need for an exemption. 

​

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident to our company, and we will do our best to investigate the progress of the related departments and ensure that we do not receive any profits or losses.
